After having an awful experience with another carpet cleaning company who claimed to be the “best in Bendigo” who left our carpets in a worse condition then when they started, my partner and I were a bit worried about having to consult another company to try and rectify the mess that was left in our vacated rental.Stains that we were told were permanent (By the previous company), and would result in having to replace the full carpeted area, were lifted in literally a matter of seconds when Daniel was doing his quote/testing to see if his services would be able to assist/worth our money.HE GOT GREEN CANDLE WAX OUT OF A BEIGE CARPET PEOPLE! (Literally enough said, but I am so happy with the service I will continue haha)From the very beginning Daniel was open and honest about what he could and could not do with the carpet - leaving both myself and my partner confident that we had chosen the right company at last!He was prompt, efficient, AND affordable - completing a job in a matter of hours, that a competing company attempted to clean TWICE on 2 separate occasions and only made worse.Anyone unsure about who to have carpets cleaned, look no further then this company. Don’t risk going with a company that provides “all in one exit cleans” as you will be paying a ridiculous amount, and getting sub-par cleaning on all fronts.I wish I could give this company 11/5 stars.

Efficient and well done carpet cleaning at a fair price. Daniel was honest too about some dyeing I asked about and suggested it would be too expensive to justify. Recommended.

Able to pay by eftpos when job done and he emailed a detailed invoice instantly. Done a fabulous job on steam clean carpets, couch and 7 metres of windows- sparkling 😀

Our Story

Porters has been an established Bendigo business for over 30 years. In 2010 building on the previous reputation and with a drive to take things to the next level Daniel took over the business and started building towards what it is today. Daniel has been putting his heart, mind and endless energy into making this a great business with great staff for Porters customers every day. We have always been a local Bendigo based cleaning company, locally owned and proud of the services we provide.

We come recommended by our clients. Please ask and we will happily provide commercial or private customers who can provide honest feedback and references for our fine cleaning work, attentiveness and accountability!

We have all those little extra requirements you need to know about, we are GST Registered, insured for public liability, our staff are covered by WorkSafe and we ensure they receive Award rates at a minimum, Superannuation and are Portable Long Service Leave Authority registered.
