I extended my stay in Bendigo to assist my elderly parents with moving furniture to accommodate all carpets and rugs to be cleaned on the first available appointment.We were in a total dilema on our booked day as Porters did not show up on the day or at time we booked (from 15 minutes late unitl midday I phoned them 6 times, texted them 3 times, and messaged them from their booking communication site 1 time , all communications were not answered). The weather was wet so we managed to secure another local cleaning company who came out within the hour on the same day of Porters booking, giving the carpets just enough time to dry out overnight and the furniture replaced before I flew out the next day. I received a phone call well after midday (booking was for 9am) with an 'apology' that "their new booking system sent them to the wrong job that day first". I recived another phone call the next day with another 'apology' that they were on a flight and couldnt recive calls. My mother got a phone call the following day too with an 'apology' that their mobile phone was not working.

We have had the Porters team clean our carpets twice now and are very happy with the results. We were provided with great customer service and communication. Thanks Dan and the Team.

After having an awful experience with another carpet cleaning company who claimed to be the “best in Bendigo” who left our carpets in a worse condition then when they started, my partner and I were a bit worried about having to consult another company to try and rectify the mess that was left in our vacated rental.Stains that we were told were permanent (By the previous company), and would result in having to replace the full carpeted area, were lifted in literally a matter of seconds when Daniel was doing his quote/testing to see if his services would be able to assist/worth our money.HE GOT GREEN CANDLE WAX OUT OF A BEIGE CARPET PEOPLE! (Literally enough said, but I am so happy with the service I will continue haha)From the very beginning Daniel was open and honest about what he could and could not do with the carpet - leaving both myself and my partner confident that we had chosen the right company at last!He was prompt, efficient, AND affordable - completing a job in a matter of hours, that a competing company attempted to clean TWICE on 2 separate occasions and only made worse.Anyone unsure about who to have carpets cleaned, look no further then this company. Don’t risk going with a company that provides “all in one exit cleans” as you will be paying a ridiculous amount, and getting sub-par cleaning on all fronts.I wish I could give this company 11/5 stars.

Efficient and well done carpet cleaning at a fair price. Daniel was honest too about some dyeing I asked about and suggested it would be too expensive to justify. Recommended.

More than happy to recommend Daniel and his team - professional, on time, reliable and easy to organise things with him. Reasonable pricing. Able to pay by eftpos when job done and he emailed a detailed invoice instantly. Done a fabulous job on steam clean carpets, couch and 7 metres of windows- sparkling 😀
